Mustang Parent Society

Cal Poly SLO

The Mustang Parent Society is a dedicated network of philanthropic families who support Cal Poly through annual cumulative leadership gifts of $1,000 or more.

Members of the Mustang Parent Society will:

  • Learn more about the programs that directly impact their student’s success
  • Network with other philanthropically minded parents
  • Connect with campus leaders
  • Stay engaged and informed about campus activities
  • Support the success of their child and all students at Cal Poly

Join fellow parents who recognize the value of investing in Cal Poly to fund new ideas and continue the success of current programs for which they are most passionate. Founding and current members can be viewed on our annual Honor Roll.

Your annual leadership gift can be directed to any college, program, or project on campus. Cumulative gifts during the same fiscal year to different designations all count toward membership in the Mustang Parent Society. Opportunities for support include:

  • Any of the university's six colleges
  • Cal Poly Cares
  • Recreational club sports
  • President's Fund for Excellence

To view additional areas of support, please visit the Parent Philanthropy page.

Through the Mustang Parent Society you can channel your giving to those areas of the university for which you are most passionate.

With five giving levels, the society strives to recognize all members in meaningful ways throughout the school year.
