Poly Gives 2025 Challenge Gifts — Bailey College of Science and Mathematics

Poly Gives BCSM Trio Collage

Bailey College of Science and Mathematics is dedicated to student success, offering a Learn by Doing approach that encourages both academic and personal growth. Each year, hundreds of students engage in transformative opportunities like undergraduate research, service learning, and study abroad, gaining real-world experience and developing critical skills.

During Poly Gives, you can double your gift to the college through one of two challenges:

Bailey College Learn by Doing FUND -$20,750 Match

A dedicated group of alumni and parents have come together to match gifts to the Bailey College Learn by Doing fund, up to $20,750! Dr. John T. Anderson (Biochemistry, '84) and Christine H. Anderson, Megan Evans (Statistics & Mathematics, '11), Diana Chung and Dr. Paul Keitz (Chemistry, '83), Dr. Ken Hempstead (Biochemistry, '94), and Joan Pinder (Chemistry, '79) encourage you to double your impact and support hands-on learning today!

“The Bailey College Learn by Doing Fund supports the Bailey College broadly while promoting students, faculty and the Learn by Doing philosophy," Chung and Keitz explained. “Our hope is to raise awareness and visibility to other Cal Poly alumni to support Poly Gives.”
